10:AM- Proposal to adopt the 2026 Revised Investment Incentives Code of the Municipality of Surallah.

11:00AM - Proposal for the 2026 Ultra-Microenterprise Support Ordinance of the Municipality of Surallah, Province of South  Cotabato.

1:00PM- Proposal to set speed limits, prohibit over speeding, and prescribe penalties within the territorial jurisdiction of Surallah.

𝙎𝙐𝙍𝘼𝙇𝙇𝘼𝙃 𝙃𝙊𝙇𝘿𝙎 𝘼𝙍𝙏𝙎 𝘾𝘼𝙈𝙋 2026

LGU Surallah successfully conducted a two-day Arts Camp 2026 at NJDR Flower Garden, Barangay Dajay, in celebration of National Arts Month, gathering 90 young creatives for workshops in writing, songwriting, painting, folk dance, and theatre.

Municipal Mayor Hon. Pedro M. Matinong Jr. opened the event, expressing support for programs that develop young artists, while Municipal Vice Mayor Dr. Harold D. Eslabon graced the closing and encouraged participants to continue honing their talents.

The camp concluded with performances and presentations showcasing the participants’ creativity and skills, highlighting LGU Surallah’s commitment to arts and culture.

Vice Mayor Dok Harold B. Eslabon, DVM, MPA, joins the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines (VMLP) South Cotabato Chapter at the 1st Quarter 2026 NEB Meeting and Academy of Presiding Officers Conference, strengthening leadership and commitment to public service.

    Public Hearing on the Proposed Land Reclassification Ordinance

The Municipal Council of Surallah conducted a public hearing on the proposed ordinance reclassifying Lot No. 379-C from agricultural to institutional use, in accordance with the Local Government Code of 1991. Stakeholders were given the opportunity to express their views and recommendations.

Obrique together with the Sangguniang Bayan Members—promoting unified leadership, transparency, and a stronger commitment to effective local legislation for the people.
